What is our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
At CenterPath Wellness, we recently launched this structured treatment option for individuals struggling with substance abuse, addiction,or mental health disorders.
We hav trained therapists and psychiatrists who offer comprehensive therapy and support while allowing participants to maintain their daily responsibilities. Your life does not stop by joining our program, it is merely just beginning.
IOP typically involves:
- Regular therapy sessions between you and your therapist
- Group counseling with other members of the IOP program
- Education on coping skills to help you with your day-to-day routine
- Consistent monitoring of your progress toward you wellness goals
